Prices
The hall is £15.00  per hour all weekdays and £20 per hour at weekends.  You must book and pay from when you unlock the hall to when it is being locked back up again.  Please ensure you leave enough time to clean, hoover and mop after your booking.

Chairs and tables
The hall has about 50 chairs in the hall all white folding chairs

Tables are rectangular and are 5ft long and 2.5ft wide.  There are 10 tables

Parking
The car park is shared with the Waterside Farm Sports Centre.  There are no designated spots for hall hirers.  Parking is free but can be very busy at weekends on the mornings.
 
Access codes
Access codes will be provided in the week leading up to your booking.  NO KEYS need to be colleccted.

Kitchen equipment
The kitchen has enough side plates, cups, cutlery and glasses for 50 people.  Other kitchen equipment provided is:
Kettle, undercounter friday (please note there is no freezer)  There are jugs however these tend to go missing so you may like to bring your own.

Children's plastic cups, plates, bowls and cutlery is also provided for 50 people

 
Viewing the hall
Viewing appointments cannot be accommodated free of charge as volunteers do not live locally to the hall.  Viewings can be booked for an agreed donation of £20 to cover fuel and time.  Photo graphs and video walk throughs are available on you tube,.
 
Sizes of the hall
The main hall area is 10 metres  wide by 10m long.  The ceiling is 2.4 m high


Rubbish
Hirers must take all rubbish (including nappies placed in bathroom bins) with them at the end of their booking.  Any rubbish left at the hall will incur a £50 cleaning charge which will be deducted from the deposit held.

What do I need to take with me?
You will need to take your own rubbish bags, tea towels and bathroom hand towels with you. 

Sound System
There is no sound system provided at the hall.

Wifi 
There is no wifi at the hall

Alcohol at the hall
The hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. However, you can bring your own alcohol for consumption, but you are not able to sell it.  The hall DOES NOT have a bar.

Music
The hall is licensed for music to be played until 11pm.  

Fireworks

Fireworks are not permitted
